ماژول BioQuant که بر کاهش سیگنال ناشی از حساسیت در توالی های دارای وزن *T2 تکیه دارد که ناشی از افزایش مقادیر کنتراست مبتنی بر
گادولینیوم از بستر مویرگی است، توسعه داده شده است. متداول ترین پارامترهای محاسبه شده در این ماژول rCBV ،rCBF و MTT به عنوان
پرفیوژن MR تقویت شده با کنتراست با حساسیت پویا است که هنوز به اختصار DSC نامیده می شود.
این ماژول همچنین مشخصات بیولوژیکی تومور را برای تشخیص و نظارت بر گلیوما مشخص می کند.

Description:
Kio Medical has developed a software that relies on the susceptibility induced signal loss on T2*-weighted sequences which results from a bolus of gadoliniumbased contrast passing through a capillary bed. The most commonly calculated parameters in this software are rCBV, rCBF, and MTT as dynamic susceptibility contrast-enhanced MR perfusion, still abbreviated to DSC.
This software also noninvasively characterizes tumor biology allowing for the diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring of glioma.
